NOC of Turkey
Inaugurated Olympic Sport, Training and Education Center in Denizli
The
National Olympic Committee of Turkey and Pamukkale University have
inaugurated Olympic Sport,
Training and Education Center in Denizli, Turkey, in November 03, 2007.
At the ceremony, the NOC of Turkey President Togay Bayatli, Pamukkale
University Rector Prof. Fazil Necdet Ardic, Denizli Mayor Mr. Nihat
Zeybekci, Deputy Governor Mr. Mehmet Capraz, NOC, University and city
officials were present. After the opening speeches, the NOC of Turkey’s
flag raising ceremony was held. Pamukkale University Sport Complex has
Olympic aquatics center, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, multi-purpose
sport halls, 2 synthetic athletics field, conference halls and
accommodation center. Pamukkale University Olympic Sport, Training and
Education Center will be used for the training, competition and
education purposes for Olympic sport federations.
